What Time Does Breckenridge Open?
Breckenridge Mountain is currently open.
During the winter season, Breckenridge Ski Resort normally opens at 8:30am and closes at 4pm. The Gondola start earlier, at 8:00 am.
Depending on the weather, not all the lifts and trails will open right away. Individual lift open and close hours will be posted near the lifts. The popular Horseshoe Bowl Tbar and Imperial Express SuperChair tend to open later in the morning, when the Ski Patrol is done with avalanche control at the peaks.
If you are coming on a busy holiday or a powder day, arrive early as parking availability is limited.
If you are interested in the Breckenridge uphill access, a select number of routes are available to you between 6:00am and the time the resort opens.
