Yes. Long-term bookings and monthly memberships receive 24/7 access to the space. You will be provided with your own unique access codes for the front door and your assigned workspace to come and go as you please (note: sleeping in the office is not permitted).

Absolutely. When you rent a private office, it is completely yours for the duration of the booking, so you are welcome to leave your monitors, papers, and personal items set up.

Standard postal services (USPS) do not deliver directly to our location, or anywhere in Breckenridge (surprise!) outside of the PO boxes and the UPS store. We recommend coordinating with the local UPS Store to securely hold your items for a small daily fee.

Yes. Many of our offerings are available to be booked one day at a time. If you are looking for the simplest/cheapest option, No Frills Desk Space is the one you want. It's just a desk space with access to our amenities and wifi. If you want a bit more privacy and need to take phone calls, get one of the call pods. It's the next cheapest option. For minimal or occasional use, our daily drop-in passes are the best option. However, if you need a commercial business address to place signage on the building instead of using a home address, look into our long-term membership tiers.

Free street parking surrounds the building on Airport Road, and the free Grey Line bus stops right out front.

We are at 1760 Airport Road, Unit C, Breckenridge, CO — the northernmost unit in the building, with the Breckworks sign clearly visible above the door. Parking is available anywhere around the building, and bicycles are welcome inside the space.

Absolutely. Breckworks is dog-friendly, and most of our full-time members bring their dogs to work.

Reservations are non-refundable by default. Add the refundable option at checkout (+20%) to cancel up to 24 hours before your start time for a full refund, minus the refundable fee.
