1. Private Office On-Demand
If you are looking for an office in Breckenridge that you only need to access part-time, this space is for you. Book a desk and work from a comfortable bright room with an ergonomic setup and lots of daylight!
2. A Conference Space for group work, team meetings, and collaboration.
Spacious and bright conference room with a large screen display and whiteboard. Seats 8 around a conference table by default. The room is 11ft x 15.5ft, the table can fit up to 10. For custom assistance eg. to accommodate more than 8 or a different furniture arrangement, we may be able to set it up subject to staff availability: please email us.
If you have a small startup team that needs a dedicated room for a week or longer, this would be a perfect room to book. If that is what you are after, let us know when you book, and we will accommodate.
4. Shared Kitchen.
Our kitchen is accessible to all the members. Currently we stock up on tea, various coffee (Keurig and Nespresso), and occasional snacks. You can also use the microwave, a small toaster oven, and the refrigerator.

We have limited parking on sight, but we are also located behind the Airport Lot, which is a massive free parking lot where you can park for the whole day.

Pet Friendly
We are a pet-friendly workspace. Most of our full-time members have dogs and they often bring them to work. Your pet will feel right at home.
